3-Day Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi National Park

Enjoy Gorilla tracking at Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, a home to the mountain gorillas. Just like the name suggests it boosts of thick forests hence the name impenetrable. Apart from the mountain gorillas, there are other wildlife species here including monkeys, forest birds and forest elephants. Stay two nights at Lake Bunyonyi.

Day 1: Drive to Lake Bunyonyi

After breakfast your Shoebill Safari Guide will pick you at your Accommodation in Entebbe or Kampala, then you drive to Lake Bunyonyi. Lake Bunyonyi is the deepest Lake and a perfect place for relaxation. If you are looking for a rather private, lonely and romantic place, then Lake Bunyonyi Is the number one stop in Uganda. You shall have spectacular views of the terraces of the Ugandan Mountains along the way.

Day 2: Gorilla Tracking

After very early breakfast, transfer to the starting point of the Gorilla Tracking. Briefing and start the trekking in this impenetrable forest. Spend some time with these amazing species that are closely related to humans briefing, gorilla tracking. Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is the home to the forest giants that are cousins to human beings, the gorillas. This Impenetrable Forest is still one of the best virgin tropical rain forests in East Africa.

Day 3: Back to Entebbe or Kampala

After breakfast, return journey back to Kampala/Entebbe. Stop over at the equator for snap shots of a lifetime. Have a chance to be in the South and Northern hemispheres at the same time. Buy a few souvenirs and have a picnic lunch.

End of the tour
